Initial Consultation (up to 90 minutes**)	$90*
Follow-up visit (up to one hour**)	$65*
Five Session Package (up to one hour each session**)	$300*
Gift Certificates Available *prices subject to change **additional time billed in 15 minute increments

Policies

• We accept cash, checks, VISA, Mastercard and debit cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
• In order to accommodate everyone, we require 24 hour notice for cancelled appointments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hour notice to avoid being billed for your missed visit.
• We respect your time and appreciate the same courtesy. Please be on time for your appointment. We try very hard to stay on schedule and your cooperation helps!
• If you need to pick up supplements at the office, please call ahead so that we may have your order ready for you when you arrive.
